If your CineCard was not displayed, it could be due to 2 things:

  • Your CineCard does not comply with our guidelines

  • A technical error has occurred - If this is the case you are of course entitled to a refund - No questions asked

Why has my CineCard been rejected?

  • Your CineCard will be rejected if it contains any offensive content

  • Your CineCard will be rejected if your CineCard can in any way ruin the cinema experience for some of the other guests

  • Your CineCard will be rejected if it contains any content that in any way violates the copyright of others
